I am a junior, I have a lot of extra curriculars:
-Soccer; captain
-tennis
-key club
-young life
-Be the change club

-Leadership
also 300+ hours volunteering at a hospital
I have 2 jobs-some colleges ask if you have a job..
3.6GPA
some college credit because my state offers a program where high school students can take college classes through a community college.
I have also been involved in club soccer since I was 8(since I want to play in college)
4 years of spanish
AP biology
AP psychology
will these scores effect my chances of getting into college?

You're involved in plenty of extracurriculars to be accepted into a college. Aside from the SAT score, you have a stellar resume.
I don't think the SAT will keep you from being accepted to a good college, but it may be a good idea to give it one more try just in case.
Take some practice tests online or from a book. I think the courses are worthless, but if you get accustomed to the test and its format and tricks, you'll be better prepared for the next test.
