I wanted to put a little poem together that says thanks and lets go have fun drink and be embarrassed tomorrow.... not exactly that though.. obviously something that sounds better but gets the same point ac crossed. Help!

I need a name for my at home beaded jewelry business any ideas??
I have been making custom beaded and wire jewelry for everyone I know. I have been at it for7 years now. I only use glass or crystal beads (NO plastic).I recently made 4 crystal wedding bouquets. I have many requests. Some people bring they're outfits for me to match. Most designs are one of a kind and I match your price range. Withall that said my friends and family have told me over and over to start a business and so I am (from my home). I need a name to register please help. PS I also do cakes and flower arrangments but I will do one thing at a time haha! Thanx Linda

Okay, first the "beads fits pandora bracelets". Basically, on e-Bay as well other website uses, many products' BRAND name are restricted in some way when used as listings or links, as well as part of domain names. In some instances where affiliates who use their own websites to sell anothers BRAND, can't even use it as as keyword for search engine optimization…which IMO is crap.
Basically, those rules or restrictions are there to prevent to keep people finding their way to REAL product sites and listing of the REAL thing.
However, I you have to always read "Terms Of Service" for everything nowadays. I do know that you can definitely use "beads fit pandora braceltes" as a search PHRASE, but pandora as a keyword by itself may not be allowed…not sure
Anyways, that's off the top of my head. Hope that helps with that part.
Now, if your product is extremely similar to the REAL branded product (which you have no authority to represent), I would highly suggest choosing carefully how you describe your product and list them properly so as to make it clear to all potential buyers or ANYONE that you are in NO WAY affiliated with pandora., but merely an alternative product. As long as you do that, no harm should come your way.
The e-bay thing is just technical, but remember big companies buy keyword rights on sites like e-Bay as well as domain rights….so read carefully.
