what does a doctor mean when he say's lungs are clear?
After 5 weeks of congestion and cough following a cold i went to the doctor who sounded chest and lungs with stethoscope,he said they were clear and there was no fluid on them or infection or wheezing,so by that does he mean my lungs are healthy?
Basically yes. Normal lung sounds are clear so that means you don't have (like you said) any fluid in them or any congestion. Be happy, your lung sounds are normal.

Does it sound like have pneumonia?
Doctor said it sounded like right lung had pneumonia when he checked me with stethoscope, and sent me home a nebulizer for breathing treatments twice a day, cough syrup w/codeine, gave me a steriod shot, antibiotic shot, had to go in the next day to get another antibiotic shot, and he send me home with another antibiotic called leviquin. Does this sound like Pneumonia? or really bad bronchitis?
My oxygen saturation at the dr. office was 83, and should be 99 I believe. He gave me a breathing treatment and it went back up to 97.
