Amplify Stethoscope

Does anybody know of amplified stethoscopes? I'm hard of hearing and am looking for one for my nursing classes?

They have become more available in the past few years.

Here are a couple of Littman's. Be warned, they are significantly more expensive than regular 'scopes.
