I was standing in line at the store the other day waiting to check out. There was a guy standing behind me, and when I looked at him he smiled at me. He followed me out and continued staring at me, so I asked what his problem was. He told me I had eyes like a captive tigress - scared but ready to attack at any given time. I thought he was going to shoot me with a tranquilizer gun and tag my ear. I decided it was time to get away....and fast.
I got home and check my messages. I had a message on my machine from my friend Heather, who is a book worm, going on and on about these awesome books I should read. She was talking so fast and hysterical that I couldn't understand a word she was saying. I decided to go down to the library and see if I could find her. Instead, I found the geek I graduated with. He came up to me and said something totally stupid, and I responded with 'I never read that book.' He asked, 'what book?' I told him 'you're favorite, you know, "Things losers say." Sadly, I think I sent him crying home to mommy. So I found Heather, talking to someone quietly in the back corner. I had never met who she was talking to, but as I approached the table, I heard her ask "which do you prefer, a girlfriend missing one breast or half a brain? hmmm....toughie....". I decided to walk away from that one, after thinking, what in the name of all that is holy did you just say? And why are you saying it? That girl has issues....Do I look like I am associated with this hootenanny? I decided to head back home, after checking out a few books. I'd give Heather a call later.
When I get home, I decided to check my messages again. Odd....someone called and all they said was "My name is Darth Vader. I am an extraterrestrial from the planet Vulcan!" Checked the caller id....go figure! My little Star Wars geek brother. What a day!

I work in a library and there is a patron that comes in who is kinda slow, he lives in a halfway house for mentally disabled people. He came into the library tonight and was working on the computer, he asked for my help. I went over and was trying to help him search for something and he kept staring at my breasts and shifting around in his seat, spreading his legs wide and pushing his hips up every once in a while. His face started getting flushed and he kept asking me questions. I finally told him I couldn't help him anymore and went back to my desk. Later he came up and checked out some materials and kept staring at my name tag. Our name tags have our full names on it and he started repeating my last name really quietly like he was trying to remember it. Should I be worried? What steps should I take?
He is probably a harmless man, and you should be complimented that he finds you attractive. I know it sounds cliche, but you should do your best to be accomidating; he is mentally challenged. If the activity persists you could always try to confront him, or tell a manager, but otherwise he sounds like he is a horny man who likes your looks, but he most likely means you no harm.
