Should i do cardio if i want to gain muscle mass?
Ok, i currently weigh 167 and im 6 feet, i hope 1 day i'll be at least 200 pounds of muscle. I have a littel bit of fat covering my pec (chest) muscles, how do i get rid of that fat so i can show off my chest muscles? If i run on the treadmill, or walk up the stair master, wont that just cause me to lose weight? Im trying to gain weight, not lose it. (When i say "weight" i mean muscle weight, not fat weight)

It's impossible to cut fat and gain muscle mass unless you're using anabolic steroids.
You pretty much have to decide NOW if you want the chest fat gone ("cutting" or fat loss diet) or if you want to try to gain a few pounds of muscle ("bulking" or mass building diet). This is why almost everyone you see in the gym always looks the same (or they just want to stay healthy).
You have to cycle your diet and your workouts in order to achieve either of the above goals. Bodybuilder will generally "bulk" for 8 weeks and "cut" for 6-8 weeks, depending on how much fat they gain during a "bulk". The reason for 6-8 weeks of cutting is that the faster you lose body fat, the more muscle that will also be lost. To minimize muscle loss, you want to lose no more than 1.5-2 lbs per week.
If you stick to your diet and workout plan during a "bulk", you can generally gain 5lbs (+/- 2lbs) of pure muscle. You will also gain some body fat, which requires the "cutting" diet and workout plan.
Fat on the chest...do/did you smoke a lot of marijuana? There is another reason for male chest fat, but I can't remember off the top of my head.
With your concern about the chest fat, I would advise you to go on a "cutting" phase first. Also, once you're pretty cut you can see where you really need to add some muscle mass. Adding mass on your shoulders (delts) and upper back (lats) really gives you the "V" torso that everyone loves.
As you can see, to hit 200lbs of solid muscle you have a long, hard road ahead. But believe me, it's well worth it.
